The proposed budget assumes that <br />these materials need not be developed to an "ordinance level" of detail. <br />Products: Design Guidelines for Town Center <br />8] Optional Renderings Bird's- eye - $4,000; Street level - $2,500 <br />Perspective renderings are valuable public presentation marketing resources. Bird's -eye and street - <br />level perspective renderings will be prepared which illustrate key views of and within the project. <br />9] Refined Master Plan & Design Review Time & Materials <br />Refinements to the Master Plans (at 1" =100') may be necessitated by changing City and developer <br />preferences, and by technical constraints. A statistical summary will accompany each Master Plan. <br />We will also coordinate with the project's civil engineer (to be retained by the City) as they <br />prepare a Tentative Map, and with developer architects as they prepare drawings for individual <br />parcels. <br />10] Public Presentation & Working Sessions <br />Time & Materials <br />Matthew Taecker will travel to Lino Lakes to present the Master Plans, Development Standards <br />and Design Guidelines to citizens and the City Council. We are committed to the success of this <br />project and will make additional trips as needed. <br />Products: One -Day Visit, Public Presentation & Working Session with staff. <br />TOTAL (less Tasks 8, 9 & 10) $80,000 <br />We bill for fixed fee tasks monthly on a percentage of task completed; these fee limits include <br />associated expenses. For those tasks labeled T &M or beyond this Scope, we bill on a Time & <br />Materials basis consistent with the attached Billing Policy statement. This agreement also <br />includes the General Conditions of Agreement (Exhibit B) from the AIA standard contract document <br />B151. Finally, we will apply the $10,000 deposit you provided for Phase 1 to begin work, which <br />will be credited to the final invoice for this project.
