• <br />• <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: John Powell, City Engineer <br />FROM: Carri Villella, Building /Community Development Department Secretary <br />DATE: November 1, 1999 <br />RE: Oak Brook Peninsula Recommendation <br />CC: Marty Asleson, Environmental Specialist <br />Brian Wessel, Community Development Director <br />The following is the Environmental Board recommendation for the Oak Brook Peninsula <br />easement. <br />"The Environmental Board recommends that the city retain easements for the flexibility <br />that they provide. This easement location in particular is an ecologically sensitive <br />location for future trail access consideration. J.P. added this is an ecologically significant <br />area and future trail access might be a consideration (although very expensive) can be <br />pointed out when it comes up." <br />Scott Lanyon made a motion to approve the recommendation. Maurine Davidson <br />seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. (7 -0) <br />
