B. Goals and Policies <br />1 Goals and policies regarding extension of sanitary sewer to <br />to undeveloped areas, control of infiltration and inflow (I/I) <br />in city sewer system, management of individual sewage <br />treatment system installation and maintenance, and <br />community sewage treatment systems. <br />C. Plan <br />1. Plan showing interceptor service areas and staging, by five <br />year increments to 2020, including inter - community connections <br />2. Plans showing existing and future trunks, interceptors, force <br />mains, lift stations, including alignments and sizes; and district <br />and subdistrict boundaries. <br />3. Map showing areas where densities exceed four dwelling units <br />per forty acres, areas unsuitable for conventional individual <br />sewage treatment systems, and locations of existing private and <br />public sewage treatment systems (institutional or commercial). <br />D. Implementation <br />1. Detailed Five Year Capital Improvement Program identifying <br />timing and funding of improvements to sanitary sewer system, <br />including, but limited to, upgrades to lift stations, construction <br />of sewer lines. <br />2. Analysis and text discussion regarding strategies and official <br />controls to reduce and prevent excessive I/I. <br />3. Analysis and text discussion of individual sewage treatment <br />system management programs and controls, including <br />consistency with regional plans and policies. <br />E. Special Issues <br />1. All graphics and data shall be done in electronic format <br />compatible with Arcview and Autocad. <br />2. The City shall have the right to utilize electronic information <br />to include with future GIS. <br />
