Approve a Cost Allocation Procedure: <br />• Authorizing the city administrator to approve CAPs under $10,000 as long as <br />the $6 million budget is not exceeded. <br />• Requiring a CAP above $10,000 to go on the council agenda for approval. <br />• Requiring all change orders in excess of the $6 million construction budget go <br />on the next council agenda for approval. <br />2.
