Catch basin locations at the end/beginning of street curbline radii are to be set at five (5) feet beyond the radius points on the tangent. Catch basins 172, 173, 174, 175, and 180 appear to need to be moved to attain this requirement. g.) Add a set of Type II Barricades on Robinson Drive and to the west of Shetland Lane. (Plan Sheet U6) h.) The proposed temporary cul -de -sac at the east end of Carl Street has a radius of 35 feet. The City of Lino Lakes requires a minimum of a 46 foot radius for cul -de- sac(s). Adjust the radius of the cul -de -sac and show clearly how the storm runoff from the cul -de -sac will flow. i.) Make sure all the proposed profile street centerline grades are shown on the plan sheets. j.) There shall be a minimum five (5) foot separation between the proposed driveway and the existing catch basin 132 on Clydesdale Circle. (Plan Sheet U8) k.) The following street vertical curves shall be modified: • Century Trail at approximately Station 34 +30 - change from 50 -foot length to 90 -foot length vertical crest curve for 30 mph rating. • Delete vertical curve and have low point at approximately Station 36 +78 on Century Trail. • On Clydesdale Circle at approximately Station 2 +00 - change from 50 -foot length to 90 -foot length vertical crest curve for 30 mph rating. 1.) Typical Section Details: • Change the bituminous mixture designation from Type B (PG 58 - 28) to Type C (PG 58 -34). • 24" Granular Materials shall be "Select Granular Borrow" matching the requirements for Mn/DOT 3149.232. 6. Storm Sewer System Items: a.) Provide the City Engineer with copies of the Rice Creek Watershed District permit along with NPDES /SWPPP permits for review /approval prior to construction commencement. b.) Provide the City Engineer with a statement of compliance that the storm sewer system proposed for Century Farms North 3rd Addition adheres to the overall storm sewer system previously approved for the Century Farms North total development site. If there are changes, revised storm system calculations are necessary to submit for review. c.) Provide to the City Engineer a copy of the storm sewer piping system calculations for review and approval (pipe capacity for 5 -year Storm Design Event).
