Include off -site drainage entering the proposed pond via an existing culvert located under Jon <br />Avenue. Include this drainage in the hydrologic analysis of the site. <br />No further comment. <br />2. Use a curve number of 100 for the dead storage area of the wet pond and wetland in the HydroCAD <br />model. <br />No further comment. <br />3. The n value for the existing 24" culvert under 74th street should be increased to 0.024 for corrugated <br />metal pipe. <br />No further comment. <br />4. Define infiltration only above the normal water level for the proposed detention pond. <br />Set the infiltration invert elevation to 898.0 (NWL) for pond 2P. <br />5. Based on the infiltration guidance document prepared by RCWD, an infiltration rate of 0.25in/hr <br />(.0003472 ft/min) should be used for Type B soils. <br />An infiltration rate of 0.25 in /hr should be used for pond 2P. <br />6.
