?OU <br />June 14, 1982 <br />Mr. Scheid was asked to put the request for the Beer Permit in writing, <br />or submission to the Council. <br />1981 CITY AUDIT REPORT <br />Mr. Don Anfinson and Mr. Gary Grouen, of Anfinson Hendricksen E1 <br />Associates, were present to go through this report. All Council <br />members have a copy of the report. <br />Mr. Anfinson went through the methods of formulating this report and <br />discussed the various funds. <br />Mr. Anfinson felt that all funds, with the exception of the General <br />Fund, are in good condition. <br />The Council had some questions which were answered by the Auditors. <br />There were no further questions, however, Mr. Marier said he might <br />have some questions at a later date. Mr. Anfinson and Mr. Grouen <br />were thanked for their time and information. <br />A recess was called at 8:20 P.M. The meeting reconvened at 8:30 P.M. <br />RESOLUTION #82 -9- TRANSFER OF PROPERTY <br />Mr. Schumacher reported this item deals with a State Law with the <br />splitting and recording of property. This law gives the control to <br />the City. <br />Mr. Reinert felt this should be presented to the Planning and Zoning <br />Board for their consideration. The Clerk reported that this had been <br />presented to the Planning and Zoning Board at their June 9, 1982 <br />meeting and they agreed with the concept. <br />Mr. Marier moved to adopt Resolution #82 -9 and forward a copy to <br />members of the Planning and Zoning Board. <br />Mayor Benson asked for Council consideration to waive the requirement <br />for the reading of this Resolution - which was granted. <br />The Motion was seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />AGREEMENT WITH SEH <br />This agreement is for the establishment of a Ctiy State Aid System <br />which must be done in connection with the anticipated receipt of <br />State Aid. <br />This agreement is for the study and establishment of that system and <br />states that the study will not exceed $4,000.00 in total costs. <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter asked why the City's designated Engineer is not doing <br />this work and Mr. Schumacher said work on this has been in the process <br />for the past year with this firm. Also, Mr. Van Wormer is the <br />recognized expert in the State in this field of work. <br />Mr. Marier asked if any funds had been paid to this firm to date and <br />Mr. Schumacher said, None. Mr. Marier questioned the paragraphs deal- <br />ing with the payment of lodging and meals - Mr. Schumacher said this is <br />
