He had a question on a couple of the items, but <br />these had been answered and he had no problems with the contract. <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter moved to approve the Contract Agreement with SEH for <br />the study to establish a City State Aid Road System, with the cost not <br />to exceed $4,000.00. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried with <br />Mr. Marier voting, No. <br />LANDSCAPING EL REHBEIN <br />Mr. Marier moved to table this matter until the next meeting in order to <br />have a representative of the firm present. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION #82 -10- AMENDING THE WATER QUALITY PLAN <br />This deals with the extension of the interceptor on North Road to the City <br />limits of Lino Lakes. A motion to that effect had been passed at the last <br />meeting but the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission asked that this be <br />put into Resolution form. <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter moved to adopt Resolution #82 -10 and waive the reading of <br />this Resolution. Seconded by Mr. Reinert. Motion carried unanimously. <br />SHENANDOAH III - VARIANCE TO HOUSE SIZES <br />Mr. Harvey Karth had prepared a report on this experiment and all Council <br />members have a copy of that report. He noted the imcome bracket that <br />potential buyers must fall within to be able to purchase a home on toaday's <br />market. <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter felt that in view o fsome of the information con tained <br />in this report, it might be advisable for the City Council to consider <br />smaller house sizes for all citizens. <br />An application for the continuance of the smaller homes for Shenandoah <br />II had been requested and thus this report. Mayor Benson suggested this <br />be presented to the Task Force for thier study before any decision is <br />made in that direction. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to forward this to the Task Force for their consider- <br />ation. Seconded by Mr. Marier. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter recommended, since Mr. Karth is a member of the Task <br />Force, that he pass some of this information along to those members. <br />RESOLUTION #82 -11 - DESIGNATING 80th STREET AS A COUNTY ROAD <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE ANOKA COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS TO TRANSFER 80th STREET <br />IN LINO LAKES TO THE COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM. <br />WHEREAS, 80th Street lies in the Northeast corner of the City of Lino Lakes of which <br />it is bounded on the West by Anoka County State Aid Highway #21 and on the <br />East by Washington County State Aid Highway #6, and <br />
