1 <br />October 12, 1982 <br />25 <br />this be constructed at Lino Park since the plans for the addition of the <br />Senior Citizen Building and the possibility of some Park space be added <br />to that structure, is still in the planning stages. <br />Mr. Dietsch reported that there is the possibility of some assistance <br />from the Lion's Club in the form of either financial or labor, maybe <br />both. The Association has approximately $3000.00 to purchase materials <br />and the labor will be on a vol'un'teer basis. This building would be con- <br />structed in the Spring. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the Park Board's recommendation that <br />the building be allowed to be constructed at Lino Park with the plans <br />and specifications to be approved by the Building Inspector, with a legal <br />agreement being worked out that the building is the property of the City <br />under the control of the Park Board with exclusive use being granted to <br />the Lino Lakes Area Recreation Association. Seconded by Mrs. Elsenpeter. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />A recess was called at 8:05 P.M. The meeting reconvened at 8:15 P.M. <br />REVISED PARKING PLAN - 49 CLUB <br />Mr. Van Wormer presented a revised parking plan for the 49 Club showing <br />a driveway inlet on the West side of the property to serve the 4 -Plex <br />and one entrance to the parking area in the rear of the club to serve the <br />club. He pointed out the screening, fencing and the traffic flow of the <br />parking lot. <br />After some discussion, Mr. Reinert moved to approve the revised parking <br />plans as presented by Mr. Van Wormer, approving the rezoning to R -3 and <br />authorizing the variances needed for the 5 foot setback on the driveway <br />and the 15 foot setback from the stn for the parking. Seconded by Mr. <br />Kulaszewicz. Mr. Reinert requested that the Planning adn Zoning Board <br />be advised of this action taken by the Council. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />ENGINEER's REPORT <br />Mr. Wetzler, substituting for Mr. Davidson, presented his recommendations <br />for the sewers in the Baldwin Lake Mobile Home Court. His report asks <br />for the authority to look into two things; 1) what other areas could this <br />system serve? and 2) could the connection at the lift station be made <br />from a different location? <br />After some discussion and explanations, Mr. Reinert moved to authorize <br />TKDA to prepare a study indicating the additional area this system could <br />serve and a different entrance into the lift station not to exceed <br />$1000.00. Seconded by Mrs. Elsenpeter. Motion carried unanimously. <br />PUBLIC HEARING - SEWER AND WATER RATES INCREASE <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter moved to set a public hearing for the consideration of <br />increasing the water and sewer rates for October 25, 1982 at 8:00 P.M. <br />Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
