75 <br />July 25, 1983 <br />Mr. Marier moved to maintain the existing ordinance but amend to only <br />enforce upon complaint of noise or distrubing the neighbors. If a <br />complaint is filed, the vehicle must be removed. Seconded by Mr. <br />Kulaszewicz. <br />Upon some discussion of these provisions, Mr. Marier withdrew his motion <br />and Mr. Kulaszewicz withdrew his second. <br />Mr. Burke felt that the existing ordinance was sufficient and the policy <br />established by the Council to only investigate if there is a complaint <br />is all that is necessary. <br />A recess was called at 8:30 P.M. The meeting reconvened at 8:40 P.M. <br />CLERK's REPORT <br />The Clerk presented the requests for a 3.2% beer permit and a gambling <br />permit submitted by St. Joseph's Church. These permits were requested <br />for August 13/14, 1983. Mr. Marier moved to approve these permits. <br />Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />The Clerk also read a letter from Mrs. Ruth Edwardson asking that some <br />program be established to pick up debris after a storm for the Senior <br />Citizens. This matter will be discussed at budget time. <br />PROPOSED FEE SCHEDULE <br />Mr. Schumacher presented the Council with a proposed fee schedule for <br />the City Codem the Zoning Ordinance and some smaller times. The City <br />Code - $20.00; Zoning Ordinance - $10.00; Xerox copies - 254; pumping <br />permit - $2.00; Bingo - $5.00 per single permit - $50.00 per year. Mr. <br />Marier had a question on the septic system pumping permit which the <br />Clerk explained. Mayor Benson asked about the 254 cost for Xerox copiies <br />- how was this established? Mr. Schumacher said this figure has been <br />used for the past three years and it should be included in this Resolution. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to waive the reading of Resolution #83 -24 and <br />approve as submitted. Seconded by Mr. Reinert. Motion carried with Mr. <br />Marier voting, No. <br />RESOLUTION #83 -24 <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MISCELLANEOUS FEES PURSUANT TO THE CITY CODE. <br />WHEREAS, numerous areas of the City Code reference 'fees as established <br />by the City Council' and <br />WHEREAS, in an effort to update the Council on the present fee schedule <br />being used or porposed for City Code continuite, the following <br />fees are herewith submitted: <br />Xerox Copies <br />Septic Pumping Permits <br />Bingo <br />City Code <br />Zoning Ordinance <br />254 per copy <br />$2.00 <br />$5.00 single permit or <br />$50.00 per year <br />$20.00 <br />$10.00 <br />
