Sarner, CMC <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />1 <br />Mr. Davidson presented a feasibility report for the Reiling Road project <br />noting the time schedule is such that no construction will be done until <br />1984 due to the lateness of the construction season and the requirements <br />of the City Charter. <br />Mr. Marier moved to approve a Resolution receiving the feasibility re- <br />port and ordering a Public Hearing for this project. SEconded by Mr. <br />Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Water Management Joint Powers Agreement - Mr. Davidson presented his <br />recommendations for amending the Agreement that had been forwarded to <br />the Council. <br />Mr. Marier moved to submit these suggested amendments to Mr. H. Tessier <br />as an agenda item for the next meeting. Seconded by Mrs. Elsenpeter. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Schumacher asked if this indicated that this Council approves the <br />Joint Powers Agreement and the general consensus of the Council was <br />they would approve the agreement with the inclusion of these amendments. <br />REZONING - RICE LAKE ESTATES - SECOND READING <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter moved to waive the reading of this ordinance and adopt <br />Ordinance #5 -83 as written. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />OTTER LAKD ROAD NAME CHANGE #5 -83 - SECOND READING <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to waive the reading of this ordinance and adopt <br />Ordiannce #5 -83 as written. Seconded by Mr. Marier. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />FIRE MARSHALL RESIGNATION <br />1 <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to accept the resignation of Mr. Bruce Macdonald <br />as Fire Marshall and send a letter of thanks noting his participation <br />on the Fires Task Force. Seconded by Mr. Reinert. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />
