Mr. Weber is aware of the fact that any cost involved with this report must be paid by him. RESOLUTION #84 -1 RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota: 1. That certain Petition requesting the following described dimprovements: the installation of sewers on Tomahawk Trail from Birch Street West to the border of Shenandoah II. filed with the City on the 29th day of December, 1983, is hereby declared to be signed by at least twenty -five (25 %) percent in number of the benefited property owners as required by Section 8.01, Subd, 1, of the Lino Lakes City Charter. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota: That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost therefor which shall be set out both in unit price and total. That the estimated number of benefited property owners by such improvement is one (1). Adopted by the Council this 9th day of January, 1984. Edna L. STATUS REPORT ON SHOREVIEW UTILITY PROPOSAL Mr. Schumacher reported on the letters he had sent to the affected property owners and noting the answers he had received from the persons interested in this project. Mr. Schumacher was requested to contact the person who had not re- sponded for their opinion on this matter.
