Mr. <br />Weber is aware of the fact that any cost involved with this report <br />must be paid by him. <br />RESOLUTION #84 -1 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF REPORT <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota: <br />1. That certain Petition requesting the following described <br />dimprovements: <br />the installation of sewers on Tomahawk Trail from Birch <br />Street West to the border of Shenandoah II. <br />filed with the City on the 29th day of December, 1983, is hereby <br />declared to be signed by at least twenty -five (25 %) percent in number <br />of the benefited property owners as required by Section 8.01, Subd, 1, <br />of the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: That the proposed improvement be referred to the City <br />Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council <br />with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way <br />as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether <br />it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement, and the estimated cost therefor which shall be set out <br />both in unit price and total. <br />That the estimated number of benefited property owners by such <br />improvement is one (1). <br />Adopted by the Council this 9th day of January, 1984. <br />Edna L. Motion carried unanimously. <br />STATUS REPORT ON SHOREVIEW UTILITY PROPOSAL <br />Mr. Schumacher reported on the letters he had sent to the affected <br />property owners and noting the answers he had received from the <br />persons interested in this project. <br />Mr. Schumacher was requested to contact the person who had not re- <br />sponded for their opinion on this matter. <br />
