He recommended <br />approval of this request. <br />Planning and Zoning had reviewed this in conjunction with Mr. Short's <br />letter and had recommended approval of this request on the basis of <br />reducing the non - conformity of the lots and not creating any new <br />buildable lots. <br />Mr. Bohjanen moved to accept the Planning and Zoning recommendations <br />for approval of this division creating a lot with less than the re- <br />quired front footage in that this does not create any new buildable <br />lots, it creates two lots that are less non - conforming, Tract A must <br />remain a 10 acre parcel. Seconded by Mr. Reinert. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />APPOINTMENTS <br />There had been one person interested in serving on the Rice Creek <br />Advisory Board - Mr. Gary Barott of 681 Birch Street. Mr. Barott is <br />a well driller and is interested in serving on this Board. <br />Mr. SChumacher reported he had talked with the other communities <br />involved with the Rice Creek Watershed and TKDA will represent all the <br />communities and divide the costs. <br />Mr. Marier moved to appoint Mr. Gary Barott to the Rice Creek Watershed <br />Citizen Advisory Board. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Mr. Marier moved to appoint TKDA as the representative to the <br />Technical Committee, with Mr. John Davidson to serve in that capacity. <br />Seconded by Mr, Reinert. Motion carried unanimosuly. <br />A recess was called a tthis point in the meeting. The meeting re- <br />convened. <br />AMENDED ADMINISTRATIVE POLICY FOR BONDED IMPROVEMNTS <br />Mr. Schumacher pointed out the reasons for this policy is to allow <br />the City to be reimbursed for administrative costs involved with these <br />projects. <br />Mayor Benson asked if this policy, in this form, would be sufficient to <br />cover the costs of the City and Mr. Schumacher felt that it would be <br />very close. <br />Mr. Marier requested that the 'Note' at the bottom of the first page <br />be deleted. <br />Mr. Marier mvoed to put this policy in the form of a Resolution. <br />Seconded by Mr. Reinert.
