190 <br />Council Meeting <br />February 27, 1984 <br />RESOLUTION #84 -07 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO TRANSFER FUNDS <br />WHEREAS, There exists an Interest Fund Balance of $7,934.45 of <br />Dedicated park Fund, and <br />WHEREAS, The City Council authorized the use of this interest <br />fund for the compeltion of the Council Chamber. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />That the Lino Lakes City Council hereby authorized the <br />City Clerk to transfer $7,934.45 in interest from the <br />Dedicated Park Fund to the General Fund. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of February, <br />1984. <br />ATTEST: <br />Edna L. Motion carried unanimously. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz presented a problem with the parking of cars on the <br />street at Mr. Ford's property on Hodgson Road - can anything be done <br />about the manner in which this parking is done? <br />Chief Myhre said as long as they do not park on the driving surface of <br />the road, they are not illegal. <br />CLERK'S REPORT <br />The Council had asked that the work done on the research for the <br />pruchase of the phone system be forwarded to them.The Clerk had made <br />copies of her research and forwarded to the Council members, She <br />asked if there were any qeustions on the material. <br />Mayor Benson asked if the purchase was over a five year period and the <br />Clerk said, No, this is for a three year period. <br />There were no further questions on this matter. <br />Mr. Bohjanen asked about the costs for advertising for members on the <br />Park Board and the Charter Commission. The Clerk said it varies _ <br />
