196 <br />March 12, 1984 <br />hereby adopt the approved records retention schedule devleoped by the <br />Minnesota Clerks and Finance Officers as attached hereto and made a <br />part of these minutes: <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be submitted to <br />the Minnesota Historical Society. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of March, 1984. <br />Benjam n G. Benson, Mayor <br />Edna L. Sarner, City Clerk <br />Mr.Kulaszewicz moved to adopt the foregoing Resolution as presented. <br />Seconded by Mr. Marier. Motion carried unanimously. <br />The Council considered Item #14 on the Agenda at this point in the meeting. <br />REPRESENTATIVE TO MEET ON ECONOMIC ISSUES <br />Mrs. Margaret Landfeld. County Commissioner, was in the audience and she <br />had requested this representative to;.be appointed . <br />Mrs. Langfeld said she had been meeting with Economic Development <br />Committees and felt she would like to get a group together to discuss <br />some of these issues. She n oted that she is putting together this <br />group and felt taht since this City has an active Economic Development <br />group, she would like a representttive from that group. <br />It was indicated that Mr. Harvey Karth, Chairman of that Committee, was <br />interested in filling the position of the representative. <br />Acting Mayor Reinert namend Mr. Harvey Karth as the repreesntative to <br />meet with Mrs. Langfeld to discuss Economic issues. <br />A recess was called at this point in the meeting. The meeting reconvened. <br />ATTORNEY's REPORT <br />The Attorney had no report at this time. <br />BIDS FOR THE COMPLETION OF THENEW CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />Mr. Volk presented the bids for the installation of the heating and <br />air conditioning as follows: <br />Dependable $6260.00 <br />Superior 7065.00 <br />Superior 7665.00 <br />Mr. Volk explained the costlier units have a higher energy efficiency <br />
