215 <br />Council Meeting <br />April 23, 1984 <br />1. The Council will consider the above described improvement <br />in accordance with the report of the City Engineer and the <br />assessment on benefited property for all of the costs of the <br />improvement pursuant to Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City <br />Charter and Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. <br />2. The estimated unit proce of such improvement is $3750.00. <br />The estimated total cost of the projects is $15,000.00. <br />3. A public Hearing shall be held on the propsoed improvement <br />on the 14th day of May, 1984 in the council Chambers at <br />the City Hall at 8:00 P.M. The City Clerk shall cause <br />this Resolution to be published twice, at least one week <br />apart, in the official newspaper of the City, no less than <br />two weeks prior to the date of said hearing, and in <br />addition, thereto, a copy of this resolution shall be <br />mailed to each benefited property owner at their last known <br />address at least two weeks prior the date of the hearing. <br />Adopted by the Council this 23rd day of April, 1984. <br />Edna L. Sarner, City Clerk <br />jamin e . :en _3i, Mayor <br />Conditional USe Permit - Bob Kohl - A public hearing must be set for <br />consideration of this request. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to set a public hearing for May 14, 1984 at 8:30 <br />P.M. Seconded by Mr. Reinert. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Planning and Zoning had also received two requests for conditional use <br />permits for dog kennels. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to set the public hearing for Joanne Bucholz at <br />8:45 P.M. and for Helen E lledge at 9:00 P.M., May 14, 1984. Seconded by <br />Mr. Reinert. Motion carried unanimously. <br />House Move -In - Jim Spetzman - Mr. Spetzman is requeting the move his <br />existing home on Lake Drive to a lot in Sherwood Green. Mr. Kluegel <br />said he had no problems with thismove and the Planning and Zoning Board <br />had recommended approval. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the application for a house move by <br />MR. Jim Spetzman with the stipulations that the lot at 8121 Lake Drive <br />be restored with the utilities and basement capped. Seconded by Mr. <br />Marier. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Ken Gourley had also requested a permit to move a house into the <br />City, but he was not present at this time. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to table this request. Seconded by Mr. Marier. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />
