Paul Wolters - A -Well - Mr. Kluegel has a letter from Mr. Wolters <br />stating the stipulations of his conditional use permit will <br />be fulfilled by August 1, 1985. <br />4. Luther's Sport Shop - The problem here is the parking on Lois <br />Lane and the street right -of -way. He has noticed quote a <br />change in that the boats and trailers are now parked behind <br />the fence. Mr. Duncanson has indicated he will comply with <br />all the stipulations of the Conditional Use Permit. <br />Mr. Hawkins told the Council that they cannot commence a criminal <br />proceeding for violation of a Conditional Use Permit. First, <br />the Council must revoke the Conditional Use Permit and if he <br />continues to operate without the permit, he can be charged. <br />Mayor Benson asked Mr. Kluegel to relate this to Mr. Duncanson. <br />5. Jim Spetzman - Transmission Repair - Mr. Spetzman had indicated <br />to Mr. Kluegel that his concrete parking area will be completed <br />by July 1, 1985. <br />6. Apitz Garage - Larry Grubbs - Mr. Kluegel talked to Mr. Dale <br />Ramsden. He indicated all the blacktop would be completed <br />by September 15, 1985. <br />7. LeRoy Houle - Tree Removal Service - Mr. Kluegel had talked <br />to Mr. Houle regarding the old equipment on his property and <br />the storage of wood and logs. Mr. Houle was in the audience <br />and said he will get rid of them. The wood pile changes in <br />size depending on what season of the year it is. He will <br />also move the wood further back on his lot. Mr. Kluegel said <br />he would have no problem with this. <br />8. Dennis Nelson - One Horse on 2i Acre Lot - Mr. Nelson has a <br />Conditional Use Permit to keep one horse on his 2i acre lot <br />in a rural area. Mr. Kluegel has not received any complaints <br />on this permit. Mr. Kluegel asked that this Conditional Use <br />Permit be cancelled since the use now falls under the Farm <br />Animal section of the City Code. Mayor Benson said this should <br />be placed on a future agenda for a public hearing to cancel <br />the Conditional Use Permit. <br />Mr. Kluegel told the Council that the Fire Department will be <br />burning an older home on Oak Lane as a fire drill. <br />Mr. Bohjanen asked what is the positiion of the Roland Ford case. <br />He has received several complaints and asked the status of this <br />property. Mr. Kluegel said he has been to court with Mr. Ford <br />and the judge has taken the case under advisement. The judge and <br />Mr. Kluegel visited the property a week ago Friday.
