How- <br />ever, what is being requested is quite excessive in terms of <br />what the Ordinance allows and the diagrams do show some thought <br />for expansion. He moved to adopt the position of the Planning <br />and Zoning Board. Mr. Marier seconded the motion. <br />Mayor Benson asked Mr. Joyer if he would consider having this <br />tabled until he could determine if the additional five acres <br />could be. purchased. Mr. Joyer said no he would like a decision <br />on this proposal tonight. Voting on the question, motion passed <br />with Mr. Bohjanen voting no. <br />Mr. Joyer asked about establishing an arena at Rehbein Bus Garage <br />location. The Council said they had not seen this proposal and <br />could not comment on it. Mayor Benson said this proposal could <br />be brought to the Council through the Planning and Zoning Board <br />as well as the present proposal with the additional five acres. <br />D. Dennis Nelson - Conditional Use Permit - Horse on 2i Acres - <br />Delete from list of active Conditional Use Permits - Mr. Nelson <br />has a Conditional Use Permit to keep one horse on 2i acres in <br />the Rural area. Mr. Nelsons use now falls under the Farm Ani- <br />mal Ordinance. Mr. Hawkins said that a public hearing is not <br />required to delete this Conditional Use Permit from the current <br />list of Conditional Use Permits. <br />Mr. Reinert moved to delete this Conditional Use Permit from the <br />current list because it now falls under the Farm Animal Ordinance. <br />Mr. Marier seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />CONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCE #07 -85, CHANGING REQUIREMENTS FOR INSTALLA- <br />TION OF ON -SITE SEPTIC SYSTEMS ON NON - RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES - 2ND <br />READING <br />Mr. Kulaszeiwcz moved to adopt Ordinance #07 -85 and waive the reading. <br />Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. This <br />Ordinance appears in the May 28, 1985 Council Minutes on page 008. <br />CONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCE #05 -85 AMENDING SIGN ORDINANCE <br />Mr. Schumacher explained this was tabled about two months ago so that <br />Council could have time to formulate a definition of "temporary signs." <br />Included in the Council packets were examples of how other communities <br />deal with this situation as well as the definition under the present <br />Ordinance. The Ordinance itself was not prepared because the Council <br />had not adopted the language to be used. This had been placed on the <br />agenda so that the Council could determine the definition of "tem- <br />porary signs." <br />
