Mr. <br />Davidson said one factor is the condition of the present bridge. <br />It has already been determined to be listed as deficient in struc- <br />ture and geometric and is on the state eligible list. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to adopt Resolution #85 -11, a resolution <br />designating the funding of Bridge No. L8158 and waive the reading. <br />Mr. Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85 - 11 <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE FUNDING OF BRIDGE NO. L -8158 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has applied to the Commissioner of <br />Transportation for a grant from the Minnesota State Trans- <br />portation Fund for the reconstruction of City Bridge No. <br />L -8158 over Hardwood Creek, and; <br />1 <br />WHEREAS, the application for the grant has been reviewed by the <br />Metropolitan Regional Development Commission, and; <br />WHEREAS, the amount of the grant has been determined to be $100,000, <br />by reason of the lowest responsible bid. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Lino Lakes does hereby <br />affirm that any cost of the bridge in excess of the grant <br />will be appropriated from funds available to the City of <br />Lino Lakes, and that any grant monies appropriated for the <br />bridge but not required, based on the final estimate, shall <br />be returned to the Minnesota State Transportation Fund. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council the twenty fourth day of June, <br />1985. <br />ATTEST: <br />Marilyn G.
