Baldwin Lake Court Additional Sewer Hookups - Mr. Davidson told <br />the Council that the Baldwin Lake Court is preparing to expand the <br />Court by forty -four units. There is capacity in the present sewer <br />system through the Baldwin Lake lift station to accommodate this <br />expansion. <br />C. Resolution #85 -13 Authorizing Plans and Specifications for 4th <br />Avenue State Aid System - This resolution had been requested at the <br />Council Meeting held with Rice Creek Watershed District Board and <br />Anoka County so that Plans for 4th Avenue can move ahead. This res- <br />olution authorizes Mr. Davidson to prepare plans and specifications <br />for this area to be submitted to the State Aid Engineer. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to adopt Resolution #85 -13. Mr. Reinert sec- <br />onded the motion. Mrs. Anderson read the resolution. On the motion, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION #85 - 13 <br />IRESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR 4TH AVENUE STATE AID SYSTEM. <br />1 <br />WHEREAS: it is proposed to improve 4th Avenue between Main Street <br />and Lilac Street by providing adequate area drainage <br />and upgrading 4th Avenue to Minnesota State Aid stand- <br />ards; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to John Davidson of Toltz, <br />King, Duvall, Anderson and Associates, Inc. and he be instructed to <br />prepare plans and specifications for submission to the State Aid <br />Engineer for approval as a part of the State Aid Road System in <br />Lino Lakes. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this Twelfth day of August, <br />1985. <br />ATTEST: <br />Marilyn G.
