Mr. Schumacher explained the staff does make an effort to determine if there will be a quorum in advance and then notify the other members when there is not a quorum. Mr. Marier had talked to Mr. Scherer and Mr. Scherer indicated his biggest concern was the Board not calling their meetings at specific times and dates. Mr. Schumacher explained there had been some special meetings. Mr. Ross from the audience asked the Council Liaison to be more involved with the Park Board. Mr. Reinert asked that Mr. Schumacher and Mr. Bohjanen talk to the Chairman and resolve the problems and report back to the Council. ATTORNEY'S REPORT Mr. Hawkins did not have a report. CONSIDERATION OF THE WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS A. Two Year Teamster's Local # 320 Contract - Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to approve the Ways and Means Committee recommendation for the Teamster's Local #320 contract. Mr. Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. CONSIDERATION OF A JOINT RESOLUTION #85 -15 APPROVING MINNESOTA LAWS, 1985, CHAPTER 90, UTILITIES COMMISSION MEMBERSHIP The resolution is required by the State of Minnesota approving the laws passed by the State of Minnesota allowing the City of Circle Pines and the City of Lino Lakes to determine the number of members of the Circle Pines Utility Commission. Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to adopt Resolution #85 -15 and waive the reading. Mr. Marier seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. RESOLUTION #85 -15 A JOINT RESOLUTION APPROVING MINNESOTA LAWS, 1985, CHAPTER 90, UTILITIES COMMISSION MEMBERSHIP WHEREAS: The Cities of Circle Pines and Lino Lakes have requested the State of Minnesota to enact a law permitting the Cities of Circle Pines and Lino Lakes to determine the size of the Circle Pines Utility Commission, and 083.
