COUNCIL MEETING <br />August 26, 1985 <br />Page Twelve , <br />WHEREAS: The State of Minnesota did enact Minnesota Laws, <br />1985 Chapter 90, Utilities Commission Membership <br />permitting both cities to determine the size <br />of the Circle Pines Utilities Commission, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCILS OF THE <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES AND CIRCLE PINES, <br />1. <br />That pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 645.021, <br />the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes does <br />hereby approve Minnesota Laws, 1985, Chapter 90. <br />Benjam4in G. )!ienson, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mari yn G. Anderson, Clerk- Treasurer <br />2. That pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 645.021, <br />the City Council of the City of Circle Pines <br />does hereby approve Minnesota Laws 1985, <br />Chapter 90. <br />Marshall Dahl, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Ronald Nicholas, Acting City Clerk <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />A. Set a Joint Meeting with Shoreview City Council - Mr. <br />Reinert moved to set the joint meeting for Monday, <br />September 30, 1985 at 7:00 P.M. Mr. Bohjanen seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />B. Fire District Property and Equipment Appraisal - Mr. <br />Schumacher explained that one responsibility of the Fire <br />District was to establish the valuation of the fire <br />equipment. This has not been done and this is a proposal <br />from Mr. Fagerstrom for his services. <br />1 <br />1 <br />
