216 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />December 9, 1985 <br />Page Four <br />Mr. Reinert asked about Diane Harbert. Mr. Kline explained Ms. <br />Harbert represents the Anoka County Transportation Coordination <br />Project. She staffs the advisory committee in the role of coordin <br />ator and funds and he is the applicant and vendor; he will be <br />running the buses. He is concerned with helping start the program <br />and see that it keeps going. <br />Mr. Bohjanen asked if this could come to the point where someone <br />would ask for financial participation from the City. Mr. Kline <br />said he would not be asking the City for financial assistance. <br />Mr. Kline reiterated that the Community Action Committee is the <br />vendor and is a non - profit corporation. The CAP is committed <br />to defraying 31% of the cost of the program from their own funds <br />so not only are they non - profit but will be using some of their <br />own resources to subsidize this project. <br />Mr. Reinert thanked Mr. Kline for coming tonight and asked that <br />he keep the Council updated on the progress of this project. <br />CONSIDERATION OF GROUP W CABLE TV AMENDMENTS <br />A. Ordinance #10 -85 , Agreement #1, 1st Reading - Mr. Schumacher <br />explained there is no need to take action on Resolution <br />#25 -85 until after the second reading. This resolution <br />says the Council has adopted Ordinance #10 -85 and #11 -85 <br />and allows for the publishing of the summary of the <br />ordinances. <br />Mr. Marier moved to approve the first reading of Ordinance <br />#10 -85 and dispense with the reading. Mr. Kulaszewicz <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />B. Ordinance #11 -85, Ordinance Summary, 1st Reading - Mr. <br />Marier moved to approve the first reading of Ordinance #11 -85 <br />and dispense with the reading. Mr. Kulaszewicz seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />C. Resolution #25 -85, Adopting Amendment Agreement #1 - Mr. <br />Bohjanen moved to table Resolution #25 -85 until Ordinance <br />#10 -85 and #11 -85 have been adopted. Mr. Kulaszewicz <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Ordinance <br />#10 -85 and #11 -85 will appear in condensed form in the December <br />23, 1985 minutes. <br />CONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCE #09 -85, SUBDIVISION OF LAND REGULATIONS, <br />2nd READING <br />Mr. Schumacher explained this is a code change for minor subdivision <br />so that property owners can divide property into no more than <br />4 lots and not involving any city streets or easements if <br />the subdivision fulfills the requirements of the zoning district. <br />
