He noted that the city's fmancial <br />69 consultant has reviewed the issuance and recommends moving forward. He reviewed the proposed <br />70 schedule for the issuance, the term of the bonds and debt services resources. <br />71 <br />72 Ms. Terri Heaton, Springsted, Inc., highlighted the schedule, the bond rate estimate (very favorable) <br />73 and city's credit rating that sets the tone for a low rate. The council discussed the benefits of <br />74 bundling four projects together for the issuance — cost savings and possibly lower rates. <br />75 <br />76 Council Member Roeser moved to approve Resolution No. 14 -107 as presented. Council Member <br />77 Kusterman seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br />78 <br />79 ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />80 <br />81 3A) 2nd Reading and Passage of Ordinance No. 08 -14, Amending Chapter 701 of the Lino <br />82 Lakes Code of Ordinances, to allow Sunday sales at licensed brewer taprooms — City Clerk <br />83 Bartell noted that the state legislature has authorized Sunday sales for brewer taprooms in the state, <br />84 with approval of the local jurisdiction. The city has one taproom — Hammerheart Brewery. <br />85 The owners have approached staff requesting the ability to have their taproom open on Sundays. An <br />86 ordinance amending the liquor code is required to make such a change. Ordinance No. 08 -14, was <br />87 approved for first reading on September 8. It is now presented to the council for 2nd Reading and <br />88 approval. <br />89 <br />2 <br />
