PUBLIC SERVICES <br />Public Services are or will be available at points along the Central Anoka County <br />Regional Trail. The Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Park Reserve has all necessary facilities <br />required for trail users, i.e. parking lot, restrooms, drinkifountain and benches. <br />Additional public services will be incorporated as trail deveto;ment occurs. Limited <br />services will also be available at retail establishments near CSAH /Lexington Avenue, <br />CSAH 23 /Lake Drive, in downtown Centerville and near 20th Street in Lino Lakes. <br />IX. Annual maintenance costs for the trail are estimated to <br />be out $10,000 This includes dollars for sign replacements, minor bituminous <br />repair and crack-se g. <br />Once built, t ettures for the operation and maintenance of this trail will come out of <br />the Anoka unty Parks and Recreation Department's annual operations and <br />maintenance budget with supplementary funding from the Regional Park Operations <br />and Maintenance Grant Program. <br />X. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION <br />Anoka County has worked with the Cities of Blaine, Centerville and Lino Lakes in this <br />master planning process.
