!46 <br />had many calls about the condition of Ro21in9 Hills Drive, Mayor Gourley <br />asked about Mr. Klenck's permit from DNR and Mr. Klenck said they haven't <br />given him his final permit. Mr. Kluegel said there is a 4000 square foot <br />pole building withort a building permit - this constitutes a commercial operation. - <br />Mr. Klenck objected to discussing -this pole building. The special use permit is for the <br />parking of two empty trucks. <br />July 28, 1980 <br />Mr. Klueger said only two trucks were parked at that location. The only other point <br />was the condition of the roads. Mr. Klenck said that part of the problem was the <br />trucks that went in for the construction of the new homes in the area and one of the <br />problem areas is beyond his home. He felt that the frost contributed to the condition <br />of the street. Mr. Klenck had taken pictures which he showed to the Council. <br />The general consensus of the Council was that Mr. Klenck is operating under the <br />special use permit as to the trucks. The other problem will be discussed at the Council <br />Meeting to be held on August 11. 1980. <br />Mr. Vi Schwankl had called to say that the trailer that is located on this property was <br />there when they purchased the property. She said they had applied for a special use <br />permit on two separate occasions and had been refused. This can be removed from the list. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to void Miller Cabinet Shop & Vi Schwankl - trailer. Seconded by <br />Mr. McLean. Motion carried unanimoulsy. <br />Mr.Wahlberg was present to discuss his R -2 zoning and indicated that he wished to re- <br />tain this zoning. <br />Mr. McLean moved to renew Mr. Stafki's, Mr. LaMotte's and Mr. Klenck's Special Use Per- <br />mits. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to include Mr. Wahlberg's R -2 zoning in the list to be included in <br />the compeehensiVe plan. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to include the following zoning in the comprehensive plan; Randy <br />& Gary Rehbein, Marlin Rygh, SX Sunray, Forest Tagg, Richard Walbon, Ctement Schmitz <br />and Feed Rite. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to continue the hearing for Forest Tagg - Apartment building un- <br />til the end of this meeting. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to close the Public Hearing at 9:45 P.M. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />The Engineer's Report was considered at this time. <br />Item One - Final Inspection of Bloom's Addition. Mayor Gourley asked if there were any <br />compaction tests done on that road and Mr. Meister said, No. Mayor Gourley asked if any <br />tests were done to determine the thickness of the blacktop or base and Mr. Meister said <br />there was an inspector on the job. Mayor Gourley asked if there wasn't some storm sewers <br />in this project and Mr. Meister said, yes, at the end of the cul -de -sac. Since this is <br />put on a lot line there was no need for a compaction test. <br />Mr. Schumacher questioned the recommendation for 20% maintenance bond - this is to <br />insure the repair of the street from one year of acceptance. There has been some <br />problems with streets within the one year period that this City has had to assume the <br />cost.:of repairs. <br />
