010 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />February 24, 1986 <br />Page Ten <br />Mayor Benson asked for further information on this matter regarding <br />the fill proposed to be used as well as more information regarding <br />the location of the property. Also, this should be addressed as <br />far as the roads are concerned. <br />Mr. Granger explained the idea of bringing this proposal before <br />the Council at this time is that if the hurdles are overcome and <br />if it is approved by the PCA, DNR, and Anoka County is this something <br />the Council will support. This is the first question that will <br />be asked by the PCA and Anoka County. Mayor Benson said that the <br />Council could not give a consensus at this time, but would have <br />it taken to the Planning and Zoning Board so that some decision <br />could be reached by the March 24, 1986 Council meeting. He asked <br />that Mr. Granger contact the City Administrator fora list of the <br />concerns of this City. <br />Mr. Marier moved to send this item to the Planning and Zoning Board <br />for their consideration and action. Mr. Bisel seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD REPORT - PETE KLUEGEL <br />A. Rezone, Preliminary Plat - Ulmer Construction, Set Public <br />Hearing March 24, 1986, 7:45 P.M. - Mr. Kluegel explained <br />Mr. Ulmer is requesting a preliminary plat approval and rezone <br />for a 40 -acr area site presently zoned expansion residential <br />(ER) to R -1. This plat would contain 107 single family homes. <br />It has been reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Board and <br />they have recommended approval and Mr. Ulmer has indicated <br />a desire to participate in the utility extension. <br />Mr. Marier moved to set the public hearing for March 24, 1986 at <br />7:45 P.M. Mr. Bisel seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Mr. Marier moved to authorize the City Engineer to do a feasibility <br />report for extending utilities to the Ulmer 4th Addition and <br />approval of Resolution #86 -04. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION #86 -04 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF REPORT <br />BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota: <br />1. That a petition requesting the following described improvements: <br />the installation of municipal sewer, water, store sewer, curbs, <br />gutters and streets in the plat known as Ulmers 4th Addition, <br />
