Anderson, City Clerk
enjamin Benson, Mayor
B. Site and Building Plan Approval - Rockey Goertz and Tim Klosner
- Mr. Kluegel explained this is a request for approval of
a 5,000 square foot pole type building for a min - storage truck
parking garage in the Lino Industrial Park. It is a permitted
use, there is no office space planned and this is no need
for a septic system, no fence, no sign, no exterior storage
and there will be a paved driveway. The Planning and Zoning
Board has approved the plan and recommended approval with
the following stipulations: 1) no exterior storage, 2) black
top be installed, 3) additional two trees preferably evergreen
type be planted along Lilac Street.
Mr. Bohjanen asked if the front of the building could be dressed
up in some manner. Mr. Goertz said the overhead doors were
too close together to allow for this and other buildings around
him have not done this. Mr. Marier said the Council and Planning
and Zoning Board should set up criteria for buildings in the
business districts.
Mr. Reinert moved to approve the site and building plans for
Rockey Goertz and Tim Klosner to include the recommendations
of the Planning and Zoning Board. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the
motion. Motion carried with Mr. Marier voting no.
