148 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />July 28, 1986 <br />Page Ten <br />II. <br />A moratorium is hereby declared on the construction of all pole <br />and metal type buildings in the Light Industrial and all other <br />commercial zones in Lino Lakes. <br />This moratorium shall remain in effect for 120 days from the <br />date of the Council motion, July 14, 1986. <br />Save as above amended, said City Code shall stand as initially <br />passed and as previously amended. <br />IV. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />its passage and publication according to the City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council this ` - - <. day of July, 1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />r <br />\l�! 1, •- <br />r =:, <br />Benjami' G. :- _on, Mayor <br />Marilyn G. Anderson, Clerk- Treasurer <br />CLERK'S REPORT - MARILYN ANDERSON <br />A. Consideration of Lake Animal Care, Inc. Contract for Animal <br />Control. Mrs. Anderson explained that Lake Animal Care, Inc. has <br />purchased White Bear Animal Control, April 1, 1986. White Bear <br />Animal Control is the current animal control service for Lino Lakes. <br />Lake Animal Care, Inc. has prepared a new contract which is exactly <br />the same as White Bear Animal Control and Mrs. Anderson is asking <br />for permission to sign this contract. Mr. Schumacher explained <br />that the animal service basically works with the Police Department. <br />There was a problem earlier this year and we requested and were <br />assigned a different animal control officer. There has been no <br />further problems. <br />
