1 <br />IWHEREAS: The Department of Natural Resources had declared that Lots <br />13 and 14, Block 7, Lakes Addition #3 remain as a holding <br />pond area and be deemed unbuildable, and <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />July 28, 1986 <br />Page Eleven <br />Mr. Bohjanen moved to renew the animal care contract under the new <br />name Lake Animal Care, Inc. Mr. Reinert seconded the motion. Mo- <br />tion declared passed. <br />B. Consideration of Resolution #16 -86, Re- Apportioning Assessments, <br />G. M. Development. Mrs. Anderson explained that two lots owned by <br />G. M. Development were deemed unbuildable by the Department of Na- <br />tural Resources. Since there were assessment balances on each lot, <br />G. M. Development asked that the assessments be moved to the adjoin- <br />ing lots. A resolution of the Council is required so that this can <br />be registered at the County Court House. <br />Mr. Reinert moved to adopt Resolution #16 -86. Mr. Bohjanen seconded <br />the motion. The Clerk read the Resolution. Motion carried unani- <br />mously. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />Resolution #16 - 86 <br />A RESOLUTION RE- APPORTIONING ASSESSMENTS ON CERTAIN LOTS ON BLACK <br />DUCK DRIVE, LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA <br />149 <br />WHEREAS: G. M. Development, Inc. has purchased the lots for develop- <br />ment and there are assessments plus interest on each lot, <br />and <br />WHEREAS: G. M. Development, Inc. has petitioned the City to re -ap- <br />portion the assessments to Lots 12 and 15, Block 7, Lakes <br />Addition #3. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />(1) Assessments on Lot 13, Block 7, Lakes Addition #3 be <br />re- apportioned to Lot 12, Block 7, Lakes Addition #3. <br />(2) Assessments on Lot 14, Block 7, Lakes Addition #3 be <br />re- apportioned to Lot 15, Block 7, Lakes Addition #3. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this <br />1986. <br />day of July, <br />Marilyn G.
