1 1 151 COUNCIL MEETING July 28, 1986 Page Thirteen It was decided to improve West Shadow Lake Drive (7th Avenue) in three separate stages. The first stage would start near the en- trance to Country Lakes Park and end near the area where the newer homes are built. This footage will be determined and Resolution #19 -86 will be revised to include the footage and the Resolution will be brought back to the Council when Mr. Stallberg completes his feasibility study. Resolution #20 -86 will also be considered at that time. B. Consideration Of Application from North Central Public Service for Rice Lake Estates - Mr. Stallberg noted a letter from Bob Toddie which indicates that the application from North Central conforms with all City Codes. Mr. Schumacher said he is waiting for further information from the Public Utilities Commission on this request and how it affects the gas franchises. Mayor Benson noted he had received a telephone call from a member of the gas franchise nego- tiating committee asking that the Council not take action on this matter until further information is received. Mr. Marier moved to table this item. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. C. 4th Avenue Plans and Specifications, Re- affirm Resolution #12 -86. Mr. Stallberg explained the final plans for 4th Avenue have been completed and now require the signature of the Mayor so they can be sent to the MSA for final approval. The plans include ditch cleaning, reconstruction of the roadway and drainage structures. Mr. Davidson has recently talked to Mr. LeBlond regarding the under- ground pipe across his property. This is the main outlet to get water over to ditch #22. He does not anticipate a problem with ob- taining a permanent easement from Mr. LeBlond. Mr. Marier moved with cost figures being stable to approve the 4th Avenue plans and to reaffirm Resolution #12 -86. Mr. Reinert sec- onded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. CITY OF LINO LAKES Resolution No. 12 - 86 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR 4TH AVENUE BETWEEN MAIN STREET AND LILAC STREET. WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on August 12, 1985, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of 4th Avenue between Main Street and Lilac Street and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval;
