Bob Nicholson Plumbing - Set Public Hearing for Conditional <br />Use Permit (Exterior Storage) September 22, 1986, 8:15 P.M. - <br />Mr. Bohjanen moved to set this public hearing as requested. Mr. <br />Bisel seconded the motion. Motion declared passed. <br />B. Bob Nicholson - Site and Building Plan Review - This item will <br />be considered after the public hearing on September 22, 1986. <br />C. Custom Contracting - Set Public Hearing for Conditional Use <br />Permit (Land Reclamation) September 22, 1986, 8:30 P.M. Mr. Marier <br />moved to set this public hearing as requested. Mr. Bisel seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />D. Floyd Pudwell - Minor Subdivision - Mr. Kluegel explained this <br />property is located on Birch Street in the Expansion Residential (ER) <br />zone which requires a minimum five acre building site. This pro- <br />posal is a division of a thirty plus acre site into two parcels. <br />Each parcel exceeds the requirements for lot subdivision and the <br />Planning and Zoning Board has recommended Council approval and <br />that this subdivision be submitted to the Park Board for their <br />review. <br />
