010 COUNCIL MEETING MARCH 9, 1987 A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON D. ERICKSON 2ND ADDITION SUBDIVISION AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted November 24, 1986 with reference to the improvement of the northeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of Section 28, Township 31, Range 22, City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, and this report was received by the Council on March 9, 1987. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA; 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such subdivision in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Lino Lakes City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $1,064,241.00. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 13th day of April, 1987 in the Council Chambers of the city hall at 7:30 P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. Benson, Mayor Resolution No. 07 -87 Approving Feasibility Report and Calling for Hearing for Elevated Tank and Water Main System.- Because Mr. Stahlberg will be revising his plan on this system as outlined in the minutes of tonights work session, Mr. Marier moved to table this item. Mr. Bisel seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Authorization for Professional Service - Comprehensive Sewer Plan Update - Mr. Reinert noted that the Council has authorized a number of studies in the past few months and asked if the staff is keeping copies of all of them.
