068 <br />COUNCIL MEETING APRIL 13, 1987 <br />1987 with reference to the improvement of Eash Ash Street <br />between Foxtail Drive and Arborlane Court (Sergeant Court) <br />and this report was received by the Council on April 13, <br />1987. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA; <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in <br />accordance with the report and assessment of benefited prop- <br />erty for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of <br />the Lino Lakes City Charter at an estimated total cost of <br />the improvement of $79,300. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement <br />on the eleventh day of May, 1987 in the council chambers of <br />the City Hall at 7:30 P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed <br />and published notice of such hearing and improvement as <br />required by law. <br />Adopted by the Council this 13th— : a of April, ... 1&81 <br />Marily <br />enjai'n . Anderson, Clerkk - Treasurer <br />Building Inspector's First Quarter Report - Mr. Kluegel presented an <br />oral report to the Council explaining that the building of new homes <br />is ahead of last year. He projects that there will be 165 new single <br />family homes started in 1987 as compared to 147 in 1986. <br />Roland Ford Update - Mr. Kluegel told the Council that representatives <br />from the DNR, Corp of Engineers, RCWD, and the Anoka County Health <br />Department will meet at City Hall with Mr. Kluegel on Thursday <br />regarding the situation at Mr. Ford's residence.
