Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />Resolution No. 21 - 87 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE REVISED PLUMBING PERMIT AND HEATING PERMITS <br />FEE SCHEDULE <br />WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes has not revised the fee schedule for <br />Plumbing Permits and Heating Permits since 1981, and <br />WHEREAS, It is the intent of the City to cover expenses of inspect- <br />ions with the permit fee, and <br />WHEREAS, It is intended to bring the Lino Lakes permit fee schedule <br />in line with surrounding communities, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES: <br />1. The Plumbing Permit Fee Schedule shall be $5.00 for each opening. <br />2. The Heating Permit Fee Schedule shall be $30.00 per individual <br />unit. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of April, 1987. <br />Marilyn G.
