144 <br />COUNCIL MEETING JUNE 8, 1987 <br />Kluegel said that he had no problems with the plat in that it conforms <br />with all the recommendations of the consultants. Mr. Hawkins <br />explained that Mr. Uhde, the developer of this plat will have to clear <br />the title to the property since one of the listed property title <br />holders is deceased. Mr. Uhde will also need to record his contract <br />for deed. Mr. Uhde said this was in the process. Mr. Hawkins also <br />recommended that a developers agreement and the 35% letter of credit <br />be included in the motion for approval. <br />Mr. Marier moved to approve the final plat of South Reshanau Lake <br />Estates contigent on receipt and approval of all the items suggested <br />by Mr. Hawkins and contigent on the recommendations of the City <br />Planner and Engineer. Mr. Bisel seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 01 - 87, SECOND READING, REZONING SOUTH RESHANAU LAKE <br />ESTATES <br />Mr. Bisel moved to approve the second reading of Ordinance No. 01 - 87 <br />and dispense with the reading. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unanimously. The entire ordinance may be found in the <br />January 12, 1987 minutes. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 02 - 87, SECOND READING, REZONING D. ERICKSON'S 2ND <br />ADDITION <br />Mr. Bohjanen moved to approve the second reading of Ordinance No. <br />02 -87 and dispense with the reading. Mr. Marier seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unaimously. The entire ordinance may be found in the <br />January 12, 1987 minutes. <br />Mr. Uhde thanked the Council and expressed appreciation for all the <br />help he had received in the platting of South Reshanau Lake Estates. <br />He told the Council that he found the residents of Lino Lakes helpful <br />and concerned. <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT - JOHN DAVIDSON <br />Update of June 1, 1987 Special Meeting - Mr. Davidson noted a letter <br />from Springsted, Inc. which is a followup on the meeting held at this <br />city hall on June 1, 1987. In this letter Mr. Langness has noted some <br />risk involved with a proposed bond issue for the water main project <br />but if there was a shortfall it would not come before the year 2002. <br />Mr. Davidson also noted that Mr. Langness has used very conservative <br />assumptions when putting together the preliminary bond information. <br />Mr. Davidson said that Mr. Langness did not deal with the issue of <br />capitalization or the 35% letter of credit. <br />PAGE 12 <br />
