160 COUNCIL MEETING JUNE 22, 1987 Outlot "F" - Mr. Stahlberg explained that not much has been accomplished regarding the Outlot. He did not anticipate that this would be completed this summer. 80th Street - Mr. Hawkins explained that a meeting will be held on July 15th regarding right -of -way acquisition for this project. Letters will be sent to the property owners. Registration of Restrictions on Certain Lots - It was noted that there are certain lots on Lois Lane and elsewhere in the City with restrictions on them. These restrictions are not filed with Anoka County and Mr. Marier was concerned that other people would buy these lots not knowing about the restrictions. He also was concerned that lots are being sold without the notation that they were non - conforming. He asked that this matter be investigated. NEW BUSINESS First Reading, Ordinance No. 11 - 87, Amending Dog Impound Fees - Mr. Schumacher explained that this revision is necessary because of the change in animal control services. Mr. Marier moved to approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 11 - 87 and dispense with the reading. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. CITY OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA Ordinance No. 11 - 87 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE BY CHANGING DOG IMPOUNDING FEES. The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: I. 502 DOGS, Section 502.05 Impounding, Subd. 2. Redemption shall be amended to read as follows: AMENDMENT: PAGE 12 Any impounded dog may be redeemed within five days of the date of impoundment by paying an impounding fee of $25.00 for the first offense; $45.00 for the second offense; $65.00 for the third offense; and $85.00 for the fourth and subsequent offenses. In addition, a boarding fee of $5.50 per day shall be paid.
