160 <br />COUNCIL MEETING JUNE 22, 1987 <br />Outlot "F" - Mr. Stahlberg explained that not much has been <br />accomplished regarding the Outlot. He did not anticipate that this <br />would be completed this summer. <br />80th Street - Mr. Hawkins explained that a meeting will be held on <br />July 15th regarding right -of -way acquisition for this project. Letters <br />will be sent to the property owners. <br />Registration of Restrictions on Certain Lots - It was noted that there <br />are certain lots on Lois Lane and elsewhere in the City with <br />restrictions on them. These restrictions are not filed with Anoka <br />County and Mr. Marier was concerned that other people would buy these <br />lots not knowing about the restrictions. He also was concerned that <br />lots are being sold without the notation that they were <br />non - conforming. He asked that this matter be investigated. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />First Reading, Ordinance No. 11 - 87, Amending Dog Impound Fees - Mr. <br />Schumacher explained that this revision is necessary because of the <br />change in animal control services. Mr. Marier moved to approve the <br />first reading of Ordinance No. 11 - 87 and dispense with the reading. <br />Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Ordinance No. 11 - 87 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE BY CHANGING DOG IMPOUNDING FEES. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />I. <br />502 DOGS, Section 502.05 Impounding, Subd. 2. Redemption shall be <br />amended to read as follows: <br />AMENDMENT: <br />PAGE 12 <br />Any impounded dog may be redeemed within five days of <br />the date of impoundment by paying an impounding fee of <br />$25.00 for the first offense; $45.00 for the second <br />offense; $65.00 for the third offense; and $85.00 for <br />the fourth and subsequent offenses. In addition, a <br />boarding fee of $5.50 per day shall be paid. <br />
