Motion carried unanimously. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />Resolution No. 35 - 87 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON 2ND AVENUE FOR STATE AID <br />ROAD IMPROVEMENTS. <br />1 <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to include 2nd Avenue as a State Aid design- <br />ated street in Lino Lakes and improve that street to State <br />Aid standards and to assess the benefited property for all <br />or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineer <br />for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with <br />all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as <br />to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether <br />it should hest he made as proposed or in connection with some <br />other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement <br />recommended. <br />Adopted by the Council this loth da . August, 1987. <br />Mari <br />nderson, Clerk- Treasurer <br />ATTORNEY'S REPORT -- BILL HAWKINS <br />Mr. Hawkins did not have a report. <br />enja : n G enson, Mayor <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Conditional Use Permit Status Report - Mr. Kluegel reported that the <br />Sampairs have not cleaned up the wood chips as the Council required at <br />the hearing on June 8, 1987. A neighbor, Bob Howard was in the <br />audience and reported that nothing has been done since the hearing to <br />abate his complaints.
