Feasibility Report North Road, Resolution #37 -86 - Mr. Stallberg <br />outlined his procedure in determining the basis for the feasibility; <br />esentially the same as for Rice Lake Estates and Mr. Volk's figures <br />regarding municipal water installation were used as the basis for the <br />feasibility of that utility. <br />Mr. Marier moved to adopt Resolution #37 -86. Mr. Bisel seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />Resolution #37 - 86 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON NORTH ROAD IMPROVEMENTS AND CALLING <br />HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted August 25, <br />1986, a report has been prepared by Toltz, King, Duvall <br />Anderson and Associates with reference to the improvement <br />of North Road between Sunset Road and Lake Drive by up- <br />grading the road, installing municipal water, sanitary <br />sewer and curbs and gutters, and this report was received <br />by the Council on September 8, 1986. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accor- <br />dance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for <br />all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes <br />City Charter. <br />2. The estimated unit price of such improvement is $6;691.80. <br />The estimated total cost of the project is$33,459.00. <br />3. A public hearing shall be held on the proposed improvement on the <br />27th day of October, 1986 in the Council Chambers at the City <br />Hall at 7:30 P.M. The City Clerk shall cause this resolution <br />to be published twice, at least one week apart, in the official <br />newspaper of the City, no less than two weeks prior to the date <br />of said hearings, and in addition thereto, a copy of this reso- <br />lution shall be mailed to each benefited property owner at their <br />last known address at least two weeks prior to the date of the <br />hearing. <br />Adopted by the Council this 8th day of September, 1986. <br />014 <br />
