1 <br />COUNCIL MEETING • 004 <br />September 8, 1986 <br />Page Four <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION 135 - 86 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1986 CONSULTING PLANNERS OPERATING BUDGET FOR <br />THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the City Charter, Section 7.08, any alter- <br />ations in the budget must be made by Council Resolution, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, due to an overrun in budgeted expenditures for the de- <br />partment of Municipal Planner, an adjustment is being <br />made to this department to cover the overexpenditures. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />that the budget for Municipal Planner be amended from an <br />original figure of $9,000.00 to $18,000.00 and adopted <br />for 1986. <br />IAdopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota this eighth <br />day of September, 1986. <br />1 <br />Benjamin G. Anderson, Clerk - Treasurer <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF A TEXT AMENDMENT, ORDINANCE #08 -86, <br />FIRST READING <br />Mr. Schumacher explained the purpose of this text amendment is to <br />clarify the definition of manufactured homes and add manufactured <br />homes to the Conditional Uses of the R -7 District of the Zoning Or- <br />dinance. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to approve the first reading of Ordinance #08 -86. <br />Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Mrs. <br />Anderson read the ordinance. <br />
