1 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />September 8, 1986' 005 <br />Page Five <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Ordinance #08 -86 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE, APPENDIX B, ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, BY ADDING THE FOLLOWING TO CONDITIONAL <br />USES, R -7, MANUFACTURED HOME SUBDIVISION DISTRICT <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />I. <br />AMENDMENT: Appendix B, Section 6, Subdivision 11 (5), Add: A. "Man- <br />ufactured prefabricated single - family homes or prefab- <br />ricated structural sandwich panel homes meeting State <br />Building Code requirements. <br />II. <br />IPassed by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this eighth day of <br />September, 1986. <br />Benjamin G. Benson, Mayor <br />Marilyn G. Anderson, Clerk- Treasurer <br />7:30 P.M. PUBLIC HEARING - RICE LAKE ESTATES AREA ASSESSMENTS - <br />RESOLUTION #39-86 <br />Mr. Stallberg gave the Council and audience a booklet outlining the <br />assessments procedure and explained the background of this project <br />by showing overhead views of the original project and explaining how <br />it has been narrowed down into the present project. The project is <br />almost completed and this hearing is to allocate costs of the improve- <br />ment. The basic assessment consists of the charge for the sewer la- <br />'terals and connections, sewer main, water mains and laterals and <br />streets, curbs and gutters. Also included is an overall plan for the <br />system that will bring sewer and water down 2nd Avenue to areas north <br />of Lake Drive. There will be area asessments for this area. <br />
