1 <br />049 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />November 10, 1986 <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />I. <br />Ordinance No. 2 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />passed by the City Council on May 24, 1983 is hereby amended by amend- <br />ing Section 6, Subdivision 15 to include the following Conditional Use: <br />AMENDMENT: Appendix B, Section 6, Subdivision 15 (7) (S) Car Wash <br />Facility (automated self service or full service) per- <br />mitted only in municipal sewered areas. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 2 shall stand as initially <br />passed and as previously amended <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br />Ipassage and publication according to City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council this 10 <br />1 <br />ATTEST: <br />Marilyn G. SIGN ORDINANCE - FIRST READING ORDINANCE #11 -86 <br />, 1986. <br />G. Benson, ayor <br />Mr. Schumacher explained that at the August 25, 1986, Council <br />meeting, it was decided to amend the present Sign Ordinance <br />on a six -month temporary basis and Mr. Hawkins was asked to <br />prepare a draft of the proposed ordinance. Mr. Hawkins has <br />prepared a draft ordinance which addresses the following <br />concerns: 1.) Residential Promotion signs; 2.) Portable <br />signs; and 3.) Business signs. <br />
