004 <br />COUNCIL MEETING SEPTEMBER 14, 1987 <br />Mrs. Anderson explained that in examining the addresses on the <br />petition, some addresses appeared to be nonexistent. However, it was <br />determined that two residents are not using the assigned house <br />numbers. All signatures on the petition are legal. Voting on the <br />motion, motion passed unanimously. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 48 - 87 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON 74TH STREET IMPROVEMENT. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA; <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of 74th Street <br />between Jon Street on the East to Outlots C and D on the West, <br />filed with the Council on August 24, 1987, is hereby declared <br />to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property <br />affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035 and Section 8.04 of the <br />Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />2.
