1 <br />administrative fee of $250 be paid. Mr. Bohjanen moved <br />approval of P & Z application No.88 -05 including the <br />stipulation of the $250 fee being paid. Mr. Bisel seconded <br />the motion. Mr. Tony Palumbo asked that the fee be waived. <br />Mr. Schumacher noted that in the past when the County and <br />the City have joint projects, the fee is waived, however in <br />cases such as this the fee is required. Mr. Reinert asked <br />about the condition of the cottages. Mr. Kluegel explained <br />that fire detection systems were recently installed and the <br />building meets the requirements of the State as well as the <br />State Fire Marshall. In addition, building permits are <br />required for all renovation. <br />Voting on the motion, motion carried unanimously. <br />Minor Subdivision, Ken Lundgren - Mr. Kluegel explained that <br />this request is for a subdivision of Lot D of the Donnell <br />original subdivision into two ten acre lots. The P & Z <br />Board has reviewed this request and have recommended <br />approving it providing that a 330 road easement is <br />dedicated. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to accept P & Z application No. 87 - 33 with <br />the changes stipulated by the P & Z Board. Mr. Bohjanen <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Set Public Hearin, Preliminary Plat, Lakeview. Place - Mr. <br />Bisel ,coved to set the public hearing for March 14, 1988 at <br />7:30 P.M. Mr. Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. A gentleman from the audience asked the <br />Council if they have driven down LaMotte Drive and noticed <br />the tight curve, City park and cars parked on the road. <br />Mayor Benson asked him to bring his concerns to the public <br />hearing. <br />PUBLIC HEARING, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, ROLAND FORD <br />Mayor Benson opened the public hearing at 8:58 P.M. Mr. <br />Kluegel told the Council that he had talked to Mr. Ford <br />today and he had indicated that he would not be at the <br />meeting this evening. Mr. Kluegel gave a brief background <br />on this matter noting that this matter has been before a <br />judge in Anoka County and a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) <br />had been suggested by the judge. The purpose of the CUP is <br />to allow reclamation in wetlands on the Ford's property at <br />6074 Hodgson Road and to establish a program for the removal <br />of junk from the land.
