Mr. Bisel moved to review the whole sign ordinance by two <br />months from this Council meeting and appoint a committee for <br />this purpose. Mr. Reinert seconded the motion. Mr. <br />Schumacher asked that a Council Member be appointed to this <br />committee. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Reinert moved to have Mr. Bisel serve as a liason from <br />the Council on this committee and have Mr. Schumacher make a <br />recommendation to the Council regarding the proposed size of <br />the committee and who will serve on the committee. Mr. <br />Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Schumacher will have his recommendations for the next <br />Council meeting. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 - 88, ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND AUTHORIZING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR EXTENSION OF EAST ASH STREET. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to approve this resolution. Mr. Bohjanen <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 - 88 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR <br />A PORTION OF EAST ASH STREET <br />WHEREAS: <br />AND WHEREAS: <br />a resolution of the City Council adopted the <br />thirteenth day of April, 1987, fixed a date <br />for a Council hearing on the proposed im- <br />provement of East Ash Street beginning at the <br />intersection of East Ash Street and Foxtail <br />Drive and terminating at the intersection of <br />Arbor Court (Sergant Court) and East Ash <br />Street. <br />ten days' mailed notice and two week's pub- <br />lished notice of the hearing was given, and <br />the hearing was held thereon on the eleventh <br />day of May, 1987, at which all persons desir- <br />ing to be heard were given an opportunity to <br />be heard thereon. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br />Council resolution adopted the thirteenth day of April, <br />1987. <br />2.
