Mr. Bisel moved to review the whole sign ordinance by two months from this Council meeting and appoint a committee for this purpose. Mr. Reinert seconded the motion. Mr. Schumacher asked that a Council Member be appointed to this committee. Motion carried unanimously. Mr. Reinert moved to have Mr. Bisel serve as a liason from the Council on this committee and have Mr. Schumacher make a recommendation to the Council regarding the proposed size of the committee and who will serve on the committee. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Mr. Schumacher will have his recommendations for the next Council meeting. RESOLUTION NO. 06 - 88, ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND AUTHORIZING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR EXTENSION OF EAST ASH STREET. Mr. Bisel moved to approve this resolution. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 06 - 88 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR A PORTION OF EAST ASH STREET WHEREAS: AND WHEREAS: a resolution of the City Council adopted the thirteenth day of April, 1987, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed im- provement of East Ash Street beginning at the intersection of East Ash Street and Foxtail Drive and terminating at the intersection of Arbor Court (Sergant Court) and East Ash Street. ten days' mailed notice and two week's pub- lished notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the eleventh day of May, 1987, at which all persons desir- ing to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted the thirteenth day of April, 1987. 2. Mr. Ron Stahlberg is hereby designated as the engineer PAGE 9
