City Council <br />Summary of Ord. 04 -04 <br />June 28, 2004 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-93 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUMMARY OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />(ORD. NO 04 -04) FOR PUBLICATION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved Ordinance No. 04 -04 amending the Zoning <br />Ordinance by rezoning certain real estate from LB, Limited Business and PSP, Public <br />Semi- Public to PUD, Planned Unit Development, on March 22, 2004, and <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 04 -04 is lengthy and MN statute 412.191 provides for a city <br />to publish a summary of an ordinance, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the summary clearly informs the public of <br />the intent and effect of the ordinance, and <br />WHEREAS, the publication in the official newspaper will include a notice that a full <br />printed copy of the ordinance is available at City Hall, <br />• NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council approves the summary <br />in Attachment A for publication according to state law and the City Charter. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of June, 2004. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair( (�ity Clerk <br />
