Mr. Reinert <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT - RON STAHLBERG <br />Resolution No. 43 - 88 Accepting Feasibility Report and <br />Ordering a Public Hearing for Sunrise Meadows - Mr. Reinert <br />moved to adopt Resolution No. 43 - 88. Mr. Bisel seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Mr. Stahlberg <br />noted that he would not be at the June 27th Council meeting. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 43 - 88 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING A FEASIBILITY REPORT ON SUNRISE <br />MEADOWS SUBDIVISION AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Resolution of the Council adopted <br />April 11, 1988 with reference to the improvement <br />of all of Ulmer's Rice Lake Third Addition, and <br />Lots 1, 2, 3, Block 7, Ulmer's Rice Lake Addition, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such <br />Sunrise Meadows in accordance with the report and <br />assessment of benefited property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429, and the Lino Lakes <br />City Charter at an estimated total cost of the <br />improvement of $1,285,177. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on the llth day of July, 1988 in the <br />council chamber of the City Hall at 8:00 P.M. and <br />the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice <br />of such hearing and impr- ovement as required by " <br />law. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, this 13th day of <br />June, 1988. <br />PAGE 14 <br />081 <br />
