Mr. Reinert seconded <br />the motion. Motion4carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Bisel asked that the Council and City Engineer consider <br />the concept of planning larger sections of Lino Lakes. <br />Set Public Hearing for Amending Tax Increment Financing Plan <br />#1 -2 Excluding Ross' Corner Shoppes for May 8, 1989, 8:00 <br />P.M. - Mr. Bohjanen moved to set this public hearing. Mr. <br />Reinert seconded the motion. Mr. Schumacher told the Council <br />that he has received a call from Mr. Ross' financial <br />consultant stating that Mr. Ross has taken a partner and has <br />received a verbal commitment from the First Bank Northtown. <br />Mayor Benson said that he has also talked to Mr. Ross. Mr. <br />Schumacher said that if Mr. Ross has secured his financing by <br />the time of the public hearing the hearing can be opened and <br />the exclusion process for Mr. Ross can be dismissed. <br />Voting on the motion, motion carried unanimously. <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />Resolution No. 19 - 89 Declaring Costs to be Assessed and <br />Ordering Preparation of Assessment Roll for D. Erickson's 2nd <br />Addition, Phase II - Mr. Stahlberg, has prepared the <br />assessment roll totalling $419,508.00 for this subdivision. <br />Mr. Reinert moved to approve Resolution No. 19 - 89. Mr. <br />Bisel seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 19 - 89 can be found at the end of these <br />minutes. <br />Resolution No. 20 - 89 Calling Hearing on Proposed <br />Assessment, D. Erickson's 2nd Addition, Phase II - Mr. <br />Bohjanen moved to approve this resolution. Mr. Reinert <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 20 - 89 can be found at the end of these <br />minutes. <br />Resolution No. 21 - 89 Approving Plans and Specifications and <br />Ordering Advertisement for Bids, Woodridge Estates I and II - <br />Mr. Stahlberg explained that plans for this subdivision are <br />complete. In addition, Mr. Rosenthal, developer of Rohavic <br />Oaks has a replat of some of his lots scheduled before the <br />P & Z Board for Wednesday. The landowner to the north of <br />Woodridge Estates has asked for a revision in street right - <br />of -way. This is being completed. Mr. Bisel moved to approve <br />.Resolution No. 21 - 89. Mr. Reinert seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />
