After further discussion, Mr. Bisel moved to approve the request for a concept feasibility report for a portion of Section No. 28 to not exceed $1,000.00. Mr. Reinert seconded the motion. Motion4carried unanimously. Mr. Bisel asked that the Council and City Engineer consider the concept of planning larger sections of Lino Lakes. Set Public Hearing for Amending Tax Increment Financing Plan #1 -2 Excluding Ross' Corner Shoppes for May 8, 1989, 8:00 P.M. - Mr. Bohjanen moved to set this public hearing. Mr. Reinert seconded the motion. Mr. Schumacher told the Council that he has received a call from Mr. Ross' financial consultant stating that Mr. Ross has taken a partner and has received a verbal commitment from the First Bank Northtown. Mayor Benson said that he has also talked to Mr. Ross. Mr. Schumacher said that if Mr. Ross has secured his financing by the time of the public hearing the hearing can be opened and the exclusion process for Mr. Ross can be dismissed. Voting on the motion, motion carried unanimously. ENGINEER'S REPORT Resolution No. 19 - 89 Declaring Costs to be Assessed and Ordering Preparation of Assessment Roll for D. Erickson's 2nd Addition, Phase II - Mr. Stahlberg, has prepared the assessment roll totalling $419,508.00 for this subdivision. Mr. Reinert moved to approve Resolution No. 19 - 89. Mr. Bisel seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Resolution No. 19 - 89 can be found at the end of these minutes. Resolution No. 20 - 89 Calling Hearing on Proposed Assessment, D. Erickson's 2nd Addition, Phase II - Mr. Bohjanen moved to approve this resolution. Mr. Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Resolution No. 20 - 89 can be found at the end of these minutes. Resolution No. 21 - 89 Approving Plans and Specifications and Ordering Advertisement for Bids, Woodridge Estates I and II - Mr. Stahlberg explained that plans for this subdivision are complete. In addition, Mr. Rosenthal, developer of Rohavic Oaks has a replat of some of his lots scheduled before the P & Z Board for Wednesday. The landowner to the north of Woodridge Estates has asked for a revision in street right - of -way. This is being completed. Mr. Bisel moved to approve .Resolution No. 21 - 89. Mr. Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
