Mr. Stahlberg <br />suggested that the landowner wait until sewer and water is <br />available before building the homes. <br />Voting on the motion, motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 24 - 89 Declaring Adequacy of Petition and <br />Feasibility Report - Woodridge Estates II - Mr. Bohjanen <br />moved to approve Resolution No. 24 - 89. Mr. Bisel seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 24 - 89 can be found at the end of these <br />minutes. <br />Resolution No. 25 - 89 Accepting Report and Calling Hearing <br />for May 22, 1989, 7:30 P.M. - Woodridge Estates II - Mr. <br />Bisel moved to approve Resolution No. 25 - 89. Mr. Bohjanen <br />seconded the motion. Mr. Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 26 - 89 can be found at the end of these` <br />minutes. <br />Resolution No. 23 - 89 Calling a Hearing for Re- apportionment <br />of Assessments on Sunrise Meadows - Mr. Stahlberg explained <br />that when the utilities were installed at Rice Lake Estates <br />the area then known as Ulmer's Rice Lake Third Additions was <br />assessed an area charge. This subdivision has been replatted <br />into Sunrise Meadows and the area assessments now must be re- <br />apportioned to the newly created lots. Mr. Reinert moved to <br />adopt Resolution No. 23 - 89. Mr. Bisel seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 23 - 89 can be found at the end of these <br />minutes. <br />West Central Trunk Update - Mr. Stahlberg referred to a map <br />that was posted behind the Council Members. This map showed <br />an alternate route for the trunk water and sewer lines for <br />the West Central Trunk improvement. He explained that <br />originally sewer and water lines were planned for the east <br />portion of five lots on Rustic Lane. With the alternate plan <br />to bring the services north on Sunrise Drive to Rustic Lane, <br />the acquisition of easement across the Rustic Lane lots would <br />not be necessary. This would move the trunk lines out of the <br />
