3 . 3 8 <br />COUNCIL MEETING MAY 22, 1989 <br />and Zoning Board has recommended approval of this request. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to approve the Planning and Zoning <br />application No. 89 -19 and 89 -22. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT - RON STAHLBERG <br />Request for Correction to the Otter Lake Estates Plat - Mr. <br />Hawkins explained an error was made on the original plat and <br />David E. Torgersen, Registered Land Surveyor has requested <br />that the Council approve the correction as outlined on the <br />map attached to the Certificate of Survey. Mr. Bisel moved <br />to approve this correction. Mr.. Bohjanen seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 35 - 89 Ordering Preparation of Feasibility <br />Report, Rohavic Oaks, 2nd Addition - Mr. Stahlberg explained <br />that the feasibility report for utilities for this <br />subdivision was :included in the Woodridge Estates <br />feasibility, however the feasibility for streets and storm <br />sewer was not included. Mr. Stahlberg also explained that <br />municipal water will come from Shoreview on a temporary <br />basis. Mr. Bisel moved to approve Resolution No. 35 - 89 <br />Ordering Preparation of Feasibility Report. Mr. Reinert <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 35 - 89 can be found at the end of these <br />minutes. <br />Resolution No. 36 - 89 Receiving Report and Calling Hearing <br />on Improvement, Rohavic Oaks, 2nd Addition - Mr. Reinert <br />moved to approve this resolution. Mr. Bisel seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 36 - 89 can be found at the end of these <br />minutes. <br />Acquisition of Right -of -Way for Proposed Trunk Sewer and <br />Water Extension for Service Area #1 and #2 - Mr. Stahlberg <br />explained that in the past, obtaining easements has caused <br />delays. The projects mentioned above are scheduled for 1990 <br />and to avoid delay he is suggesting that the Council <br />authorize him to start negotiating with landowners now. Mr. <br />Stahlberg showed the Council the area on the map. <br />Mr. Reinert moved to approve the request to proceed with <br />right -of -way acquisition by negotiation. Mr. Bisel seconded <br />the motion. Mr. Schumacher reminded the Council that this <br />City has two consulting engineering firms and asked if this <br />improvement should be handled by TKDA or SEH. He explained <br />that if SEH is going to be involved it is only fair to let <br />TKDA know now. Mr. Stahlberg noted that all the neighborhood <br />meetings have been held, questionnaires have been mailed and <br />platting the area on a map has begun. <br />
